Antrim footballer Kavan Keenan has admitted that he injured a woman by striking her with a van he was driving.
The 26-year-old had originally denied the charges, but has now pleaded guilty to hitting a woman in her 30s on the Glenravel Road in Martinstown on 26 October 2024.
The inter-county star also failed to remain at the scene and report the incident, and was driving a van that had no insurance.
Keenan plays for All Saints Gaelic Athletic Club and also made last year's All-Ireland Tailteann Cup Team of the year.
