Darran O’Sullivan attempts new GAA Hour skills challenge to see if he’s still got it

This is harder than it looks.

Darran O'Sullivan - former Kerry captain, All-Star and multiple All-Ireland winner - has reached the dizziest of heights in his career. Now trying his hand in the world of media, the firing forward is the new presenter of the GAA Hour podcast, and just like everything he did in his career, he does it at the highest level. Part of the GAA Hour's makeover since O'Sullivan became the new presenter, is the new skills challenge, that will see guests and former county stars dust off their boots and show if they have anything left in the locker. No better man than the Kerryman to get the ball rolling, so he went down to Templegue Syng Street GAA club in Dublin, and popped on the shooting boots. https://twitter.com/SportsJOEdotie/status/1534241278354931714

Here are the rules:

Two shots from 13 metre line:

• Strong foot = 1 point
• Weak foot = 2 points

Two shots from the 21 yard sideline:

• Strong foot = 5 points
• Weak foot = 10 points

Two shots from the 45:

• Strong foot = 5 points
• Weak foot = 10 points

As you can see, this is no easy task, and in O'Sullivan's defence he had played a club match the day before and was "very tight" - but with a maximum score of 33, our All-Star presenter managed to just get 3.
