He beats his man in a one-on-one race for the ball. He has the defender spun inside and out before that defender even knows he has the ball in his hand and then he puts his head down and charges for goal.
He leaves the poor corner back for dead and then it's just him and a goalkeeper. He's made time for himself, he's created space for himself, he settles himself and buries it into the net.
Despite not winning a Munster championship since 2001, Ballygunner have been big players in the club championship for years now. It's about time they broke their duck and if this is to be their year, that man Power will be crucial in beating that door down.
He's already played a big role in them getting this far.
He raised green flags in the Waterford semi-final and in the final. His trademark three-pointer in the final showed him at his very best. With that low centre of gravity, he turns the defender. The goalie never stood a chance.

Waterford's downfall over the last few years has been a lack of potency or threat up top. They've struggled to get in for goals. You'd have to wonder how this man has been constantly left in the cold by Waterford managers. He's still only in his mid 20s and has loads of hurling and speed in him so he's definitely one for new Déise manager Paraic Fanning to look at.Tyrone send open letter to GAA over Allianz sponsorship
